Everything you would expect from a traditional English bar is encapsulated in this room. Small and intimate with a large and roaring log fire to warm you on cold winter days. The wood panelling dates from the Tudor period although it has been repaired in places since then, which adds to the interest. The rather quaint and possibly unique door into the cellar is well worth looking at. Beware the ghost that lives in the there and has been glimpsed in the bar by the odd customer!
